The Big Easy
Saloon, opened its doors October 11th, this year, at the
same location that was formerly La Voce, but there's no
relationship. Same building, but with a whole lot of
major differences inside. Dan Funk, formerly of
New Orleans Cafe, and David Weinstein, of Appetite's
Delight and Appetites on Main, have partnered up their
talents and vast chef and fine dining experiences to bring the
best of the New Orleans' flavor to Paoli, PA. A
must visit for those looking for Great Atmosphere, made-to-order culinary delights, with Live entertainment
every night of the week. Smoking is allowed, but only at
their spacious, excellently ventilated, fully stocked
Bar. With service providers well versed and
knowledgeable about every menu item, and with their attentive,
at-the-ready, welcoming attitude, coupled with their
extensive, pallet pleasing New Orleans style of
cooking, at unbelievably reasonable prices, you may
just list The Big Easy Saloon as a second residence.
